Ideation, creativity, culture, and leadership are at the foundation of all themes I present, but topics become much more tailored when considering the needs of specific audiences. Rarely do I ever deliver a one-size-fits-all presentation. While it would make prep time a lot easier, it simply doesn’t work because every conference, meeting, and workshop is different, and thus the attendees have different expectations and require unique takeaways. Sure, some of the stories and formats may be similar, but the examples provided are always personalized to deliver the best messages to leave your group inspired, motivated, and most importantly, returning to your event year after year.
