Creativity, ideation, leadership, and culture are at the heart of all themes I present, but topics become much more tailored when considering the needs of specific audiences. Rarely do I ever deliver a one-size-fits-all presentation. While it would make prep time a lot easier, it simply doesn’t work because every conference, meeting, and workshop is different, and thus the attendees have different expectations and require unique takeaways. Sure, some of the stories and formats may be similar, but the examples provided are always personalized to deliver the best messages to leave your group inspired, motivated, and most importantly, returning to your event year after year.
While I’m happy to consider presenting on any topic or theme, the following is a list of ideas that have big appeal with lots of people:
Wonder Workshops and Training combine the perfect blend of education with enjoyment to ensure your people are both engaged and entertained. Attendees will leave feeling empowered and motivated to put their skills to good use while secretly hoping Wonder will come back to teach again. Choose a track and let the learning begin.
No matter how boss someone may be, leaders can always use more tools in their leadership toolbox. Wonder provides the skills needed to use each tool creatively and effectively.
Swap the trust falls and other awkward team building exercises to help one another work together in a group while still staying true to their own identities. There’s no “I” in “team” but there is in the “individuals” who need to collaborate.
For people wanting to be the best versions of themselves, Wonder wants them to know they’re not alone. We’ve got workshops and training to boost your individual skills and cause creativity to soar.
Q: How many people can a learning session accommodate?
A: Given the interactive exercises incorporated, sessions run most efficiently with less than 25 people. That said Team-based sessions can accommodate more people if needed. If you are seeking training for a larger group of people, please contact Wonder to discuss your specific needs.
Q: What length of time is needed to conduct a workshop?
A: To best meet your desired learning outcome and organizational budget, Wonder offers multiple duration options:
- One hour
- Half day
- Full day
- Multiple days
Full day is the ideal experience to fully allow attendees to immerse themselves in the education provided. However, Wonder understands time is precious and not always readily available to spare. For workshops taking place over multiple days, a variety of learning sessions may be combined.
Q: Where are Wonder learning sessions held?
A: Workshops and training sessions can be held onsite at your organization or at an offsite location. Wonder can either source available locations or help to transform an existing small space within your organization into a hub of creativity. Please note: Travel fees are applicable to training held in locations outside of the greater Madison, Wisconsin, area.
Q: Are workshops one-size-fits-all?
A: No. Workshops and training are tailored to provide the best outcomes for your organization, its people, and the industry. While stories and formats may be similar to those executed elsewhere, each learning session is personalized to attain your unique goals.
Q: Can attendees access workshops and training sessions remotely?
A: Technology puts most attendees at a disadvantage in these learning sessions due to the interactive exercises involved. That said, one-hour workshops which include little-to-no interactivity may allow for live streaming made available by your organization.
Q: I'm interested in hosting your training at an event instead of a traditional business. Is this possible?
A: Definitely! If there are people, we’ll bring the creativity and learning lessons!
